What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
I had a lot of responsibility from day one which has challenged me within my work and pushed me to perform well in everything I do. The organisation offers lots of support in getting your further qualifications and balancing your workload.
Worst
Sometimes the heavy responsibility can cause stress but I prefer this to feeling unchallenged in my role.
What is the annual salary for this role?
Starting salary: £19,000 - £21,000
Current salary: £19,000 - £21,000
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
It is a very intense process but it is all worth it in the end.
