Best
The people and their dedication to my improvement even if they're not a mentor or manager.
Worst
Seeing the company you work for the subject of negative media coverage, although the company takes steps to mitigate this such as having open discussions and notifying you if they know anything negative is about to be released. Most negative media is targeted at senior management so I myself have not felt criticised by any media coverage.
