Best
The flexibility at the FCA. I enjoy working in HR as I am a people person and I get to work with people and enhance people's working lives.
Worst
Not every piece of work I do is fun and exciting, but you have to take the good with some bad.
What is the annual salary for this role?
Starting salary: £19,000 - £21,000
Current salary: £21,000 - £23,000
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be confident when going through the assessment centres when applying for an apprenticeship. You get one time to show you're the best candidate and you must use that opportunity.
Do you have any interview tips?
Be confident but calm and collected. Give good accurate examples that can be brought back to the actual question you are being asked quickly and effectively.
