What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
My team are very supportive of my apprenticeship work and day-to-day job. They support me when the workload can get demanding and are always there to listen when I need to talk to someone.
Worst
The pressure can be very intense sometimes. Decisions can take a while to be made which can make work more difficult.
What is the annual salary for this role?
Starting salary: £23,000 - £25,000
Current salary: £25,000 - £27,000
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Research the company as much as you can! It’s important to give statistics that you remember so you show that you’re keen for the role.

Don’t come unprepared. It’s okay to be nervous, just express yourself clearly and show your true self.
