What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

I love working with the team, I feel I can learn so much even just from listening to them. I also get to meet so many people in rooms I just would never have been in without this role.

I also really do love Chaucer as a company and getting to be apart of a company like them is amazing.

Worst

Not to be cliche but there isn't a worst side, yet at least, I have really enjoyed everything and even the parts that are maybe more mundane are really important skills to learn.

At a push, possibly having to call rejected candidates but even then the candidates do get feedback and a lot of other company's wouldn't provide that.

What is the annual salary for this role?

Starting salary: £23,000 - £25,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

I think it is important to always tailor your application to the company. Now that I work in recruitment /HR I understand the importance of showing your enthusiasm even before the interview itself. Company's like Chaucer want to see you care, for me, this really was my dream role so it came naturally but I feel it is so important to show you care.

Do you have any interview tips?

I think carrying on from the application, you need to care and show you care. Preparation is key and making sure you show your skills and word your answers in a way the interviewers can easily understand.
