- I get to move around the department and experience different roles within different teams
- The salary is quite good
- Getting a degree with no student debt

- Location is far away from where I live so I have had to start renting my own place
- Lots of coursework which can be quite challenging

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
- Spend plenty of time planning your answers for each question
- Be patient, it can be a long process
