What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

Getting to work in a relaxed, state-of-the-art office environment in a large organisation; the onsite Costa; the support and flexibility of my work; the salary; the benefits packages; the paid training; the flexibility for study time; the level of responsibility I get.

Worst

Some of the roles I have to do; the apprentice training sessions; the lack of tasks given to me at times.

Starting salary: £19,000 - £21,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Make sure that in the group task you come across as quietly confident, i.e. listen and don't take control, but input ideas into the task when necessary.
Make sure to prepare lots of examples of scenarios where you have used communication, teamwork etc.
