What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
It does not matter if you think you are too old or your home life would not be suitable. I started when I was 21 and the other apprentices were barely 18.
Do you have any interview tips?
Be yourself and remember the person interviewing you would be your boss, the person you will be talking to the most and the person you will be asking for support for. they know you might make mistakes so do not be afraid to own up to them and explain you are not perfect but want to get better and learn.
