The ability to learn whatever you're interested in when possible.
Getting hands on high-end sides of technology, such as AWS.
Having incredibly experienced people in almost all positions.
Work is incredibly rewarding. Specifically, problem-solving tasks.
What is the annual salary for this role?
Starting salary: £15,000 - £17,000
Current salary: £15,000 - £17,000
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Show that you're passionate about what you're signing up for. If you're eager to learn new ways of doing things, show and talk about it. You might not have the best CV out of the people signing up, but if you can show that you're eager and excited about the job, you'll stand more of a chance.
Do you have any interview tips?
Talk to the interviewers like they're colleagues, it'll make you a lot calmer, and be able to articulate yourself properly.
Don't be afraid to be wrong about some questions.
If they ask you a job-related question and you don't know the answer, don't lie. tell them you're not sure and you'll do adequate research in order to get the job/task done properly.
