What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

You are given meaningful and challenging work, with support available if you need it.
You have the opportunity to rotate through different teams and gain experience in a number of roles.
There are plenty of opportunities for interesting experiences (visiting other sites, working on real equipment, etc.)
The people you work with are very experienced and can share lots of valuable knowledge with you.
You get 9/75 flexible working time so can work different amounts of time each day and get every other Friday off.

Worst

Pay is on the lower end of the spectrum compared to other companies.

What is the annual salary for this role?

Starting salary: £13,000 - £15,000

Current salary: £21,000 - £23,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Sell yourself in the application, talk about your experience, what makes you suitable for the role, and where appropriate, a bit about what you do in your spare time (hobbies, sports, clubs etc.).

Do you have any interview tips?

Show good communication skills and creative thinking during group exercises. In the interview be able to show that you know some stuff about the company and be able to explain why you want to work there. Be prepared to answer questions about any information you put on your CV/application. Remember that on assessment days you are being assessed from the moment you enter up until when you leave.
