The people I work with
Recognition as an apprentice (awards, ambassadors etc)

Not really a negative but finding the work life balance was a struggle initially.

Starting salary: £15,000 - £17,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Ensure you show the passion as to why you want to work for STW and really sell the skills and strengths that you have and how you apply this to STW
Do you have any interview tips?
Ensure that you are well prepared in advance. I was asked about where I had demonstrated certain skills i.e. problem solving and whether it is appropriate to go with the majority or try to enforce your own ideas. I also asked the interviewer some questions about STW to show interest in the organisation.
