Best
Travelling to Germany, having a great team around you and having so much knowledge under one room which they are happy to help and share!
Worst
After 12 months I have felt like I have found no faults within the job.

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
The advice I would give for the application would be, to be honest and be yourself. Also showing your interests in the role in your application shows a great deal even if you don't have experience within the role.
Do you have any interview tips?
For the interview, I would be honest and communicate well within the group that will be at the interview. Also show your interests and stick to positive things when in the interview. Being formal is also great as this is a very formal environment especially when communicating but this comes with time and experience. Don't be shy either as the more shy you are the less likely you are to feel confident and with confidence comes success!
