What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Do not rush it as many people apply for the role that are very competitive, you must put as much effort in as possible. For example, do loads of research into the company and what they do, so you have some background information. Answer application questions with great detail and even incorporate some of your research into your answers.
Do you have any interview tips?
Be very confident! As a broker an essential skill to have is to be able to talk and get on well with new people straight away, they look out for this in your interview and group work. Volunteer yourself to go first, to be timekeeper in activities etc. Be prepared for the assessment day, make sure not to go into the interview knowing nothing about the company or the job role - you can never do enough research.
