What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

My team are fantastic as are the wider team in Reed. I enjoy the communication with multiple different people and the fact that there is a variation of tasks to do everyday.

Worst

The commute and the fact we don't get any time off over Christmas.

What is the annual salary for this role?

Starting salary: £19,000 - £21,000

Current salary: £19,000 - £21,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Make sure your CV reflects the elements requited for the role - particularly sales and customer service. Also gear your Key Skills to explain attributes that are important within recruitment such as confidence, resilient and target driven.

Do you have any interview tips?

Be ready to be tested with a multitude of different scenarios. Make sure that you understand all of the terminology as you will be asked questions using this vocabulary. I was asked things like what I would do if I was doing multiple BD calls and had lots of setbacks and how I would handle this and give an example of when you had to sell something.
