What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Highlight your academic achievements in your CV and write up a good cover letter. Stay positive throughout the whole process and chase them up if you don't hear back. If you do get rejected then ask for feedback and apply again the year after if you are still interested.
Do you have any interview tips?
REASEARCH! I found that the more research I did, the more confident I was in the interview. Highlight the fact that you did research the role and company and guarantee them that this is the right role for you. Don't hold back and be afraid of talking about your skills and achievements, but don't be cocky at the same time. The interviewer knows what level you are working at and definitely doesn't want a "know it all". The interviewer likes to hear what you have to say but they just want to see if you are eager to learn.
