What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
Job is very flexible and allows you to modify all aspects of how and when you want to do things. Can contact co-workers very easily and they are eager to help in any way they can. also after the first few weeks you have free rain if you need to install anything without any hindrance (within reason).
Worst
Trying to find ways to fix things when said thing has no helpful resources or ways to find a solution (but that's less of a job thing and more of a specific instance).
What is the annual salary for this role?
Starting salary: £13,000 - £15,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Make sure you have a tidy but presentable CV. Make yourself seem like an interesting person that they want to talk to with your qualifications to back you up.
Do you have any interview tips?
This is a group interview where you need to do a group activity. MAKE SURE TO TAKE CHARGE (or if you can't at least try and rival everything the top person says (without being obnoxious)). Also the obvious thing like be polite, use your manners and all that.
