Best
I have networked with so many people, its allowed me to gain valuable life skills i wouldn't have been able to get elsewhere.
I get to have a significant impact on peoples support and development.
I get to work in the most amazing and supportive team of people.
Worst
I have to step out my comfort zone alot and sometimes this takes a lot of courage and confidence building.
