What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

Getting to work on lots of projects is exciting as there's always something going on so you're never bored, and you get to talk to new people all the time, adding to your professional skills.

Worst

This can also be a negative however, as working on so many projects can make you confused if you're not very organised, so at first it was quite daunting, but now I know what I'm doing it's great!

What is the annual salary for this role?

Starting salary: £19,000 - £21,000

Current salary: £19,000 - £21,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Look early. Most apprenticeships tend to go online in Dec-Jan, best to be prepared and start the applications early.

Do you have any interview tips?

Research the company beforehand. The interview I had didn't have any company related questions, but knowing some background to the company makes you sound interested in the company.
Have some examples of when you've used some skills you said you have e.g. an example for showing team working skills could be playing for an outside football team.
