What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
The inspiring and insanely experienced Lawyers I work with, the fascinating meetings with huge clients with free lunchs and drinks, the social parties and events, the client contact.
Worst
Long hours requiring commitment and motivation.
What is the annual salary for this role?
Starting salary: £15,000 - £17,000
Current salary: £17,000 - £19,000
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Take your time when applying, make sure you're fully prepared before beginning an application or online assessment. Research for people who have previously done these type of assessments and what advice they have. Read up on what the firm are keen on i.e. charity work, ethical conduct, team work etc and incorporate it into your CV or application.
Do you have any interview tips?
Be confident in everything you say. Shake their hands firmly and maintain eye contact always. Try to avoid using notes where possible and speak freely without hesitation. Allow what you talk about to be passionate and allow the interviewer to see that you know what you want in life and that you're out to get it.
