What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

Personally involved in problem solving, on the ground. Customer facing can be positive but has its drawbacks as well. Outdoors, you make the call when solving an ongoing issue.
Planning and establishing the root of problems is welcome as well.

Worst

Organizing constraints, scheduling / planning not always effective. Cuts on tools and refurbishments costs. Quite a lot of bureaucracy on office side.

What is the annual salary for this role?

Starting salary: £25,000 - £27,000

Current salary: £27,000 - £29,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Experience in the field of electricity or manufacturing is preferable.
Perhaps show passion for the field and willingness to excel / get involved.

Do you have any interview tips?

Revise on basic electric theory, pulleys etc.
Try and be genuine and provide relatable stories / experience from previous employments as to how you dealt with distressed customers / members of public in relation to your post.
