Best
A great work vibe with great support from all aspects of the business. Very generous pay and benefits also. Lastly I can see spending all my future with Taylor Wimpey.
Worst
Nothing as I truly love my job.

Starting salary: £13,000 - £15,000
Current salary: £19,000 - £21,000

Just be confident and go for it, Taylor Wimpey is a great company which love to give people great opportunities.

Make sure you really would like the role so you can naturally be enthusiastic and interested in the role with a professional approach but they make you very comfortable from the get go.
