What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Worth trying, i didn't think i had a chance of getting the job as i was up against Uni graduates in my interview. They look for a mix of qualities not just qualifications.

Stay polite and humble, don't try and outshine the other candidates. Instead aim to be a team player no matter the results.
