What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be genuine and provide details of where you excelled - safety feats etc. Apparently if you have industry standard qualifications done already that helps as well (i.e. C&G 2339 )
Do you have any interview tips?
Refresh technical knowledge, pulleys, simple mechanisms.
teamwork exercise in group of 4. Hand eye coordination exercise is a good refresher. Possible VR session of climbing a high structure.
