What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

The best thing about my job is being involved in different teams, and learning from each of these. Teamwork is especially important in my role, as it requires input from the Buyers and Merchandisers. The job definitely helps you build relationships with many people in the company, which is so important.

Worst

There's not anything I would consider bad about my job.

What is the annual salary for this role?

Starting salary: £19,000 - £21,000

Current salary: £19,000 - £21,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

The application advice I would give candidates, is to try and stand out, and be driven and excited in your answers. Refer back to the role requirements, and try and implement them into your answers if possible. The application stage is the most important, as that's the first impression you would be making to the interviewer. They want someone that is really driven, and excited to be given this opportunity.

Do you have any interview tips?

The interview advice I would give candidates applying for this role would be to not be afraid to stand out - answer based on your experience, not just what sounds good to the interviewer. A lot of the questions were experience related, such as 'think of a time you made a mistake, and how you dealt with it.' or 'think of a time you had to work in a team, what the task was, and what the outcome of the task was'. TJX is super huge on culture and working as a team. Research their values and apply them to your answers. They want to see if you would fit into their culture and if you are a real team player.
