What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
The diversity of the work going on. Everyday can be different and the workload wont grow stale.
Worst
The worst part of the job is mixed with the best. The diversity of the work comes hand ion hand with the many competing projects, due to the size of the company there is always lots going on and you have to manage your workload so you dont get too much on your plate.
What is the annual salary for this role?
Starting salary: £17,000 - £19,000
Current salary: £37,000 - £39,000
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
In your application make sure you mention anything that may be related to the sector you are applying for. Once apprentice I worked with got the job because he mentioned how he builds and maintains game servers for his friends, this helped him secure a role working with AWS building and maintaining trading servers.
Do you have any interview tips?
In the interview the most important thing is to be yourself. Most of the questions are there to get a sense of your character and interests. It is important you come across friendly and interested.
