What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

Supportive culture in the company from the CEO down to those starting out on the career ladder. Everyone works together and helps each other. No big egos here, just friendly hardworking people. They are starting to embrace the utilisation of teleworking using Teams.

Worst

The homeworking arrangement has improved from 50% home/50% office to 80% home/20% office but many competitors in this field are offering 100% working at home and then coming in to the office for odd occasions. The increased flexibility increase is great but option to work from home 100% apart from maybe once a month all the team meeting together in the office for big brainstorming work, certain types of training, etc. would be better.
