In my role as a Performance leader i still get to do the Patrol breakdown work so i can stay current as well has gaining the experience of being a first line manager
Worst
Never enough time in the day and the weather!

Starting salary: £47,000 - £49,000
Current salary: £49,000 - £51,000
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Go for it its a fantastic job.
Don't be put of by the interview process as long as you know your basic car knowledge you will be fine
