What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
I enjoy the freedom; I choose how much I can work from home compared to going into the office, and completing work is up to me rather than being constantly monitored.
Worst
I wish that details of the role had been made more transparent upon receiving the offer as I did not know how much I would be able to complete my work from home; had I known I may have made different considerations regarding relocation.
What is the annual salary for this role?
Starting salary: £17,000 - £19,000

Do you have any interview tips?
Make sure to involve yourself when doing the group exercise and be inclusive to all members of the team as this has the potential to demonstrate your leadership and teamwork skills.
In the solo interview make sure that you are friendly, and try to have an understanding of basic coding concepts and be confident talking about coding ambitions and previous relevant work. If you are unsure about a specific topic which you are asked about make sure that you are honest when asked as the interviewers are more interested in identifying individuals with potential to perform well than those who have already acquired knowledge.
Make sure to include details of time spent studying/coding outside of official school/work, even if it is not officially documented.
