What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
Compared to family and friends I feel like I enjoy my job the most, it's rewarding interesting work
Worst
As an assistant I don't receive all of the company benefits, such as car allowances etc, compared to others around me who are the same age and have entered their career at a similar level to me
What is the annual salary for this role?
Starting salary: £23,000 - £25,000
Current salary: £27,000 - £29,000
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
I would say really work on your portfolio and make sure to list every skill you have to stand out e.g. CAD, Photoshop etc
Do you have any interview tips?
I was asked a difficult question which involved being asked a time I made a mistake and what did I do to fix it, I gave an answer about forgetting to reduce potatoes whilst working at Morrisons, but they appreciated the honesty more than anything
