What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
It's definitely worth it. I never expected to get this opportunity but now I've been given it I am making sure I make the most out of it. I've learnt a lot so far and I'm looking forward to the future and everything to do with my development plan.

They've got a built reputation for making individuals feel nervous. Just don't be. Employers aim to employ an individual based on their potential, so they want to see a true view of you in the interview, be confident and never doubt yourself.
