What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
Lots of flexibility to work on what you want to. Get to experience different areas of the business. They fund a high level of education and provide lots of additional training based for your career aspirations.
Worst
Training provider could be improved. Sometimes the scheme is too flexible if you're not a driven individual you can end up 'drifting' in one rotation for a long time.
What is the annual salary for this role?
Starting salary: £13,000 - £15,000
Current salary: £19,000 - £21,000
