What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

There is many good things about Lockheed Martin, the working environment is very good with great employees that always ready for the working day ahead. Another good thing about Lockheed Martin is the opportunities that available in the company from training opportunities to move up the ladder in the earned promotions.

What is the annual salary for this role?

Starting salary: £13,000 - £15,000

Current salary: £13,000 - £15,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

The most important thing I could say is to spend time on developing your CV make sure it is all layout nicely and including any work experience you have may have (this doesn't need to be engineering it can be part time job you may have). Add all the qualifications that you have earned in school and also add a bit about yourself. For example, where your from, your family life ( who you live with), any hobbies you have, the school you went to and if you do anything sport activities.

Do you have any interview tips?

The best interview advice I could give is research about the company this shows in the interview that you know about the company, research commonly ask question in a interview and prepare answers for those questions and practice answering the question at least once at night until the interview. Before the interview begins ensure you take a deep breath and try to calm down your self. During interview if you get a question you have revised, take a minute think about the question and come up with the best answer you can.
