Best

- The level of training and support offered
- The people!
- Understanding management
- Flexible to other things going on (e.g. personal life) and also flexible in the sense of taking time out to study
- Some days can be hectic and challenging while some can be easy and relaxed (a nice balance of both)

Worst

- Can sometimes be a bit mundane and repetitive

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

- Fully read and understand the application and job description
- Be weary of any deadlines for the application
- Don't lie; sell yourself but don't exaggerate
- Do some research into the company
- Quote the job description where relevant
- Include any/ all information that is relevant to the role
- Be convincing and show your confidence through your C.V., cover letter or application questions by using powerful verbs, being focused (no waffly or vague answers), making sure spelling and grammar is correct, including appropriate examples of the skills or traits they are looking for that you have displayed before.

-Don't rush to answer questions; take your time to think about your answers
- Prepare for any questions they could ask (e.g. why you are interested in the role, why they should hire you over anyone else, where do you see yourself in 5 years time or anything related to answers you've given in your C.V. or cover letter)
- Ask questions (e.g. what opportunities are there for progression or ask more about the day-to-day role)
