Best
I have such a supportive team and line manager who are always on hand to help, even when I feel like it might be a stupid question.
Worst
The department I work in is incredibly emotionally charged, which can be hard to handle sometimes.

Starting salary: £19,000 - £21,000
Current salary: £21,000 - £23,000
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be yourself, and be prepared for the possibility of rejection, but remember that it only takes one yes to make it.
