What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

There is a lot of amazing things about my job, so I will list them below:

A lot of responsibility is given to me
Great career progression
Lots of support from the company
Lots of different work tasks to complete
Training provided to help develop
Good company benefits
A lot of client communication
Drafting legal documents

Worst

I do not believe there is anything bad about my job role. There are some things that I do not enjoy as much, but I believe it is because I am not used to them yet. Such as time recording every piece of work I do or working full time hours is a commitment I am not yet adjusted to.

What is the annual salary for this role?

Starting salary: £15,000 - £17,000

Current salary: £15,000 - £17,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

If you are considering applying for this role, my advice to you would be; make sure you are prepared to work hard. This is because although you are an apprentice, you are given a lot of responsibility and it is expected that you complete a certain amount of work, the same as other employees. Although this may seem daunting, you are given a lot of support and the work is really interesting with lots of different tasks to complete.

Do you have any interview tips?

Before my interview, I was emailed by the company to let me know what will happen during the interview. I had to complete a written assessment in timed conditions and I had to prepare a presentation about myself.
