Best
The best part comes when there is a job to do or something to fix and we can actually fix it and get the job done. That's always very satisfying.
Worst
A growing number of my colleagues who have been here a few years are getting bored of their role and they are finding it incredibly hard to progress (despite what they were promised) and that is the worst part of my job

Starting salary: £15,000 - £17,000
Current salary: £17,000 - £19,000
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
The application is pretty straight forward it was a short written assignment about why you want to join the company.
