What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
Working with a team of patrols and liaising with indoor and outdoor colleagues. Speaking with customers and learning something new each day
Worst
can be long hours and warrants a lot of dedication but its very enjoyable most of the time
What is the annual salary for this role?
Starting salary: £31,000 - £33,000
Current salary: £53,000 - £55,000
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
make sure you read up on the history of the AA and you must be a people person to be able to ensure we provide the best customer service to our members
