What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Research the company, Virgin Media is like one big family with the business making clear its journey, progression and successes to everyone in the company. You are not isolated in your department so understanding Virgin Media as a whole is key.

Be yourself, consider your employment history & interests/hobbies you have.
Explain why you want to be a part of the company, and why you are interested in the department/programme you have applied for. The interviewer is interested in why you have chosen to apply.
For me, the interview was styled more as a conversation than previous interviews I have been used to. Great interest was shown regarding my past experiences, hobbies and why I wanted to work for Virgin Media in the role I had chosen
