What are the Best and Worst things about your job?

Best

The amount of responsibility I get with the different projects I work on whilst also having a huge level of support from my line manager and formal training opportunities.

Worst

The locations are not the best and you have to be very flexible over the 2 years of the scheme, not always in an office with all of the other graduates.

What is the annual salary for this role?

Starting salary: £29,000 - £31,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?

Give real life example of where and how you have applied the skills you are talking about.
Think of more than one weakness- I was asked to talk about a few developmental areas and they appreciate candour and honesty showing you are self aware!
