Variety of tasks I get involved in. Given responsibility to manage projects whilst receiving support to be able to do so.Worst
Admin tasks can be tedious but are essential as part of the job. Work from home proves hard during Covid-19.What is the annual salary for this role?
Starting salary: £13,000 - £15,000
Current salary: £15,000 - £17,000
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Make sure you have all your relevant qualifications and your CV is clean and engaging (don't waffle use bullet points). Show your willingness to learn.
Do you have any interview tips?
Research the line of business not just the company as a whole- talking about aerospace won't be relevant if you're applying to a Maritime based role. Have a list of different examples that display various skills , don't use the same example for every question. Think about why you choose an apprenticeship instead of University. Any hesitations about working for Lockheed Martin and what your weaknesses are- don't give weaknesses that would affect your ability to do the job i.e. not being able to lead would hinder your ability to work as a Project Manager.
