What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
The team are really good people always willing to lend a hand. even outside the team, other colleagues are happy to give support or help me understand an issue or technical part. The work is good and interesting and the ability to interact and collaborate/work with other companies, whilst sometimes frustrating, allows for learning about other ways of working and also helps build my own skills.
Worst
The red tape can be annoying, feels like sometimes effort is put in to something that is important 1 month but then not really cared about afterwards. This can be more frustrating of the work is a monthly requirement as it feels like a waste of time and resource.
What is the annual salary for this role?
Starting salary: £17,000 - £19,000
Current salary: £21,000 - £23,000
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
A good CV, or at least a CV that implies a strong drive or eagerness to learn and grow. As it is an apprenticeship the CV requirements are fairly low just make sure that it is clear and correct.
Do you have any interview tips?
Bit of prep about the company is good, other than that the usual strengths and weaknesses questions.
