What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
The pay is high for an apprenticeship. The qualifying pay is also quite high.
Worst
The work can be repetitive as much of it is data management.
There is not a lot of work for apprentices to be getting on with day-to-day. This can mean long stretches of completing college work instead of company work.
The low amount of work is amplified in some placements, with some areas leaving apprentices work-less for weeks at a time.
