What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
The best thing about my job is the range of projects that I am able to work in and the autonomy that these opportunities give me. Never bored due to interesting projects and collaborations with stakeholders in normal BAU.
Worst
The worse thing about my job is probably chasing for results - it can be hard to get projects complete due to others being busy.
What is the annual salary for this role?
Starting salary: £17,000 - £19,000
Current salary: £21,000 - £23,000
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Keep CV's simple and to the point - waffle does not make you stand out from the crowd. Also make sure you send the required documents to the onboarding team swiftly to get the ball rolling.
Do you have any interview tips?
Go into interviews with confidence and be yourself, prepare for most questions and remember to ask questions yourself. As you are applying for an entry level job - include things that make you stand out from others. Jobs, volunteering, attributes etc.
