What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
We have amazing people at VMO2. Everybody is working together towards a common goal. People have been here for a long time, because they want to be, and it shows. We are also provided autonomy and trust which shows the company believes in allowing people to work the way that works for them.
Worst
The company had a merger not that many years ago and that is an ongoing process that can be felt in many ways on a day to day basis. That merger is not complete it as additional ongoing challenge that needs to be considered in many aspects of the job/role.
What is the annual salary for this role?
Starting salary: £29,000 - £31,000
Current salary: £33,000 - £35,000
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Don't worry too much about your CV. The great thing about VMO2 is that we where assessed mainly on our performance at the assessment centre day. Don't be afraid to be yourself, speak up, involve everyone, work together as a team.
Do you have any interview tips?
Come prepared with knowledge about the company and your role. there is a lot that can be read online about our values and vision. Demonstrate that you have done research. Ask your own questions, about what is important to you. Its is also a chance for you to see if the company is a good fit for you.
