What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
In 7 months I have learnt more than ever. I have also pushed my comfort zone far beyond where I thought I could. They prioritise a good work/life balance and it shows. You interact with different people every day and the amount of opportunities to do projects is incredible.
Worst
Not a lot to be fair.
What is the annual salary for this role?
Starting salary: £15,000 - £17,000
Current salary: £15,000 - £17,000
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
On application, make sure you mention your drives and hobbies.
Mention if you have done anything technical around design, consulting or construction in the past.
Keep it smart, short and able to read clearly.
From personal experience, make sure you complete your research on the company.
Do you have any interview tips?
Be professional and make sure you don't make any promises you can't fulfil.
They like to ask questions about your strengths, weaknesses, why you applied, where do you see yourself in 5/10 years etc.
Also from personal experience, come into the interview with a couple of questions. (NOT PAY, ask about potential projects, where they see you fitting in).
