What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
Full responsibility in all the projects I lead as well as my day to day tasks. It's amazing to feel valued and make a difference even just as an apprentice.
Worst
Time management - balancing the learning side as well as day to day role. I get 20% of my time at work dedicated to 'personal development' whether that's studying for my exams or developing my skills doing courses. However, because I am responsible for making time for this I often pick my day to day responsibilities and escalations over developing myself/revising.
What is the annual salary for this role?
Starting salary: £17,000 - £19,000
Current salary: £21,000 - £23,000
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Do your research about the company and industry before applying. Make sure you are passionate about it as that makes the day go by far easier as well as successes far more satisfying.

Be yourself. Let others around you have a say and involve them if they're shy. Be passionate about the job role, not just the company.
