Best
The team and my colleagues. It can really make or break your experience in the workplace.
Worst
The initial introduction to everything can be quite overwhelming and daunting, especially if you've never worked in construction before. But this is relatively simple to pick up in the end.

Starting salary: £19,000 - £21,000

What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Apply fairly early. When uploading documents, make sure to tailor the cover letter specifically to the construction industry but there's no need to exaggerate anything.
Do you have any interview tips?
Come prepared; learn about the company, specifically the core values. It's a fairly relaxed interview and assessment centre so there's no need to stress it. It's very cliche but the best thing to do is just be yourself when talking to the team because when you get the position, there's no way you'll keep up a facade in the work place.
