What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Be honest, thoroughly research the company which you are applying for an apprenticeship with. Prepare your application well in advance of the deadline so it isn't rushed.
Do you have any interview tips?
Thoroughly research the company. Think of a list of positives and negatives about yourself (negatives - elaborate on how you could improve). Think of some unique aspects of yourself that differentiate you from the other candidates (try to give reasoning as to how this would be beneficial if you got the job role). Try to be as comfortable as you can with the interviewer as they are also trying to identify if you'd fit in with the team as a character.
