What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Best
its really challanging, each project is different. Get to meet lots of different people form different disciplines.
Currently there is high demand and it seems to be only gettig higher.
Worst
Can be really demanding, requires you to be flexiable with the hours you work, 1 day you could be going in as late as 10 am others early as before 6am. But its all really rewarding once you get tasks done.
What is the annual salary for this role?
Starting salary: £15,000 - £17,000
Current salary: £17,000 - £19,000
What advice would you give to someone applying to this role?
Research the company and role. The majority of people are not quite sure of what the full role involves and therefore when asked at the interview it will throw you off. This job is more then just numbers.
Do you have any interview tips?
Be confident, just see it as a chat where you are introducing yourself based on what you have told them in your applications. You want to get to know the company as much as they want to know you.
If you are doing team assessments be sure to make sure you are contributing. Speak up and share your ideas and be open to hearing others.
