What are the Best and Worst things about your job?
Working as a team and knowing you're a vital service to the country and customers as well as the huge practical aspect. Also how you have to know what you're doing as it isn't just a like a mindless factory job, you have to think and know every aspect and risk and process to be successful.
The weather when it's windy, raining or snowing, or when it's boiling and you have to wear your firesuit.
The driving as well because it consumes a lot of your time and because we do so much of it, there's always a high-risk something could happen to anyone.
